Hyacinth Williams-Moncrieffe, a Jamaican Poet, lyricist, composer, singer & Caribbean folklorist, wows her reader, with a bevy of poetry (including, but not limited to Jamaican Dub Poetry), that touches the psyche. She shows her pineal view, of the unlimited reach of the human mind. Her 1st edition was in 1983. Hyacinth Williams-Moncrieffe was also inspired by the infamous Jamaican Poets, Louise Bennet-Coverley, aka Miss Lou, and Claude McKay.

Hyacinth Williams-Moncrieffe's book has been republished, and this is its 2nd Edition, done by her youngest child, who is also a published poet with Amazon, Maxwanette A Poetess, stated; "This book HAD to be republished. My Mother was the first Poet in my life. She introduced me to The World of Poetry in all of its awesomeness. The first time I sat & listened to my Mother read her poetry to my sister *Denise & me, I was amazed. The first time I heard her at a poetry recital, I was left with my mouth wide open and didn't realize I was crying. I was 9 years old. I knew that very night, Poetry was my world. My Mother taught my siblings and me, that the human brain had no limits. It can hold a myriad of information, and that knowledge, as we know is infinite. She taught us, to never limit the power of the mind. I republish my Mother's book, with awe, respect, love, care & deep dedication."

Hyacinth Williams-Moncrieffe transcended in 2008 from breast cancer. She left her earthly vessel, under Maxwanette's care, surrounded by her sister Denise, and her grandchildren. She left behind her most treasured gift, this book..."THE UNLIMITED MIND."

*There are illustrations in this book by Hyacinth Williams-Moncrieffe & her daughter, Denise C. Bryan.
