Oxford student's thesaurus ([New ed.])

This is a fresh new look for the 2007 edition of the "Oxford Student's Thesaurus".

Each entry is in alphabetical order, with its word class and a broad range of imaginative synonyms with supporting example sentences.

The page design is clear and straightforward; it features 50 useful tinted panels that give an increased number of synonyms for words that are often overused, for example good or nice.

There are also almost 90 topic panels that focus on vocabulary connected to a subject, for example, places of worship, communication, entertainment or government.
