  1. In the ancient texts, it is said that we are all just little shells on a sea of existence. Everyone shares a common consciousness from which they emerge into the world, but no two people's lives are identical. Although each of our experiences is unique, they all affect one another in some way, and we may all benefit from gaining new perspectives.
  2. Take five days off, not too many, but five days, to experience everything that life has to offer.
  3. Do a farmer's job for a day, from dawn until dusk. Seeing what he does all day on the farm is worth the early wake-up call. You will develop a healthy respect for nature and a refined palate. One-third of the world's food supply is lost or thrown away every year. By spending the day in the farmer's shoes, we can better appreciate the time and effort that goes into creating our food and be less likely to waste it.
  4. Take a day off work and go to jail (but without committing a crime). You'll see how the people we wrongly designate as criminals and lock up in jails are victims of their own stupidity and the system. People act irrationally when they are overcome by wrath.
  5. Even the most hardcore criminal will claim, "i didn't do it," if you question them. I don't know what possessed me, but it happened. It will become obvious that behind every perpetrator is a helpless victim. Eventually, you'll feel a surge of compassion within you. Any ill will you feel for another person will eventually disappear.
  6. Start your new career as a teacher on day three. Soon, you'll realise why everyone needs a guru to guide them. Whatever your current situation, there are countless people who may benefit from your advice and counsel. It fills you with profound contentment. It's not that only bearded men are worthy of the title "guru." everyone fits the description for at least a subset of the audience. To become a guru, all you need is compassion; exceptional abilities are unnecessary.
  7. When you devote yourself to teaching, you can use your empathy to help your students and colleagues. Nothing would make me happier than if my student made improvement. That kind of selfless love finds its way into our lives.
