European wet grassland : guidelines for management and restoration

This book takes a Northern and Central European overview of the importance of wet grassland to both wildlife and people and concentrates on the practical aspects of management and rehabilitation.

It consists mainly of case studies from around Northern and Central Europe and aims to share practical managment experience with the region.

It comprises four main sections that deal with biodiversity, threats, existing conservation framework and opportunities for the future; conservation planning; managment techniques and case studies.
