During the past few years several new cosmic ray experiments were conducted in space in balloons, satellites and spacelab missions which have provided new cosmic ray data from the distant regions of the heliosphere.

In particular new features of low energy anomalous cosmic rays were obtained from Pioneer 10, 11, Voyager 1, 2 and Spacelab-2 and JACEE studies.

This book presents the results and their interpretations on the different aspects of the composition, modulation, propagation and acceleration of cosmic rays.
