The Family Court Practice - 1998

The CD-ROM contains 2,400 pages of the 1998 edition together with the full text of every "Family Law Reports" case cited in the text.

It also has several other features which make it easier than ever before to find and use the information in "Family Court Practice": you can switch effortlessly from FLR case citations to the full text of the report by simply clicking on the reference; you can search for any word or phrase in the text.

It will take you straight to the correct reference or you can see in which section the reference occurs before you view the text; hypertext links enable you to go directly to the statutory text from a specific reference in the commentary or procedural guides; the legislation and case-finder features make it easy to search for a specific reference; you can cut and paste sections of text into your own documents or print out pages to read later. The standard CD-ROM can be installed either on a stand-alone PC or on your office network.

The network installation allows one person at a time to access the information directly from their own desk.

If more than one person needs to look at the CD-ROM at any time a multiple user licence can be arranged.
