It's Danny's Mum's birthday, and Granny has made a cake, She has hidden it in Danny's room.

Granny warns Danny to keep Keeno, the dog, out of the room.

What? But Keeno always sleeps in Danny's room. Danny looks for a hiding place for Keeno - so that Granny won't find him.

Then he looks for a hiding place for the cake - so that Keeno won't find that.

He shoves the cake under the bed. But Mum comes and throws the empty suitcase under the bed too!

The cake is moved from one hiding place to another, and becomes a right mess along the way.

When Granny finally reveals her secret there's an old shoe sticking out of it, two of Susie's bricks are stuck on to it, and Keeno has eaten half of it!

What can Danny do? He just has to run away!
