Hamlet Brown and his sister Susan have a problem. If they can't get Hamlet's puppy, Puddles, house-trained within a week the puppy will have to go.

With the help of a book on beagle training, and Mr Brown's acting experience as a lion-tamer, it shouldn't be long before Puddles learns his lesson.
