Charlie and Hope were sitting on a bench in front of their school. They were both Form 5 students and were about 16 years of age. They were both the same height though Hope was slightly bulkier. Charlie's mother was from Ghana and his father was Cameroonian. On the other hand, Hope was a native-born Cameroonian. However, that is not the end of the story.

The story began when Hope was invited to his room by Okon, a Kumasi man who lived in a one-bedroom house in the compound of Hope's father. He said he needed to show him something.

Okon was a rancher. He had passed on as far as possible from Ghana to do some hustling in Cameroon. However, he appeared to have recently taken on a new job. This is due to the fact that he rarely visited the farm and spent the majority of his days locked in his room for unknown reasons.

Dissimilar to the next typical Kumasi men who were accomplishing ranch work and talked an intensely complemented pidgin English, Okon talked wonderful English, which proposes that he appeared to have seen the four walls of a college and he generally strolled with the quality of a wealthy individual. When he had time, he had always assisted Hope with his assignments. This made sense of why Trust wasn't dubious when he let him know he needed to show him something.
