Advances in semiconductor IC technology fuel the rapid growth of the wireless communication industry.

Emerging digital wireless standards call for next generation RF ICs with high functionality, complex modulation scheme, low operating current, and very low manufacturing cost.

To develop new RF IC technologies to meet these requirements necessitates close attention to very broad aspects of system design, circuit tradeoffs, device characteristics, and packaging and testing of ICs.
