Is There Anything Too hard for God?Hurricane Harvey was a Category 4 storm that viciously struck Texas and Louisiana in August 2017.

It caused unprecipitated flooding and deaths. In a four-day period, many areas received more than 40 inches of rain as the system slowly made its way over eastern Texas and adjacent waters.

The resulting floods inundated hundreds of thousands of homes, which displaced more than 30,000 people and prompted more than 17,000 rescues.

In the book God is Real, first-time author, Maria Flores, recounts a harrowing nightmare of being alone with her two children as water overtook the streets of her neighborhood and flooded their home.

When the rescuers could not reach them, Flores said her own brother waded through the dirty water to get them to safe ground.

From there, an abundance of people provided her and her family with bountiful blessings.

She says, "God bless all my angels. That's what I call every individual who gave us a hand and hope through Hurricane Harvey. God is real, His angels are real, and they are everywhere.

God reveals Himself to us every day, through events, through people, and through miracles. When we accept Jesus in our heart, we let God work through us."
