After a member of the notorious white supremacist 'Brotherhood' gang murders a vicar in Mississippi, Alabama cop Joe Huff (Bosworth) is blackmailed into going undercover to investigate.

When he is initiated into the gang, he learns of leader Chains Cooper (Lance Henriksen)'s plan to spring one of their own, who is standing trial for murder, free and assassinate the new state governor at the same time.

Will he be able to find a way to stop the gang?
