D. Earl Cripe, Ph.D (1934-2011) held firmly to Historic Orthodox Christian Theology that the Bible is the only guide to the faith and practice of the Church.

Towards that end during his more than forty-seven years of ministry he penned numerous volumes of expository Bible commentaries.

It is a scene so bizarre that if we were not told it by the Holy Scriptures we would never believe it. All we can do is stand on the sidelines, watch, listen, and be amazed at what went on in those forty days. With the possible exception of the Crucifixion itself, there is nothing to compare to this in all the literature that has been written in the history of creation.
