These photocopiable physiotherapy exercises have been designed for use by therapists who wish to compile personalized home exercise and management programmes for children with motor delay or dysfunction.

Provision is made for recording progress. The first section of the pack contains photocopiable sheets on which to enter personal details about the child, appointments, aims, achievements and equipment lists.

The second section comprises 105 line drawing exercises covering relaxation techniques, lifting and carrying, prone activities, rolling, supine activities, side-lying, moving from lying to the sitting position, kneeling, standing, walking, shoulder movements, stretching for torticollis and putting on an AFO.
