Jobmatch! : Card Games for Careers Education and Guidance in Years 9, 10 and 11

This is a stimulating resource for Years 9-11 students that aims to increase occupational and self-awareness.

It consists of two packs of oversized playing cards.

One pack illustrates people at work, the other describes skills and personal qualities.

The cards get students thinking about the skills and qualities needed for different jobs. The resource has been designed for use with students of different levels of ability.

It includes a comprehensive tutor's manual, with student handouts and details of six games and activities for use both with groups and with individuals. Because there are two sets of each pack of cards, the resource can keep up to 32 students involved simultaneously.
