"Inside Out: Welsh Icons" - an insiders view to what makes Wales Welsh..."Inside Out" is a new series that offers the insider's guide to Wales.

Included in the first phase of release, "Welsh Icons" takes a look at those distinctly Welsh aspects of life in Wales.

From familiar associations of Welshness such as images of miners with coal-blackened faces, stadiums awash with passionate rugby fans and plentiful jibes about the sheep, "Welsh Icons" also takes an insider's look at life in Wales.

The Welsh Language, the National Eisteddfod and the wearing of traditional Welsh costume on St David's Day are just a few examples of Wales' individuality, distinguishing it from the other countries making up the UK. "Welsh Icons" is a non-cliched look at Welsh Culture - a real guide to life in modern day Wales.
