SHAKES THE COW guest-stars from her own series of picture books when she and her best friend Percie enlist the aid of Stanley and AUNT to investigate the Formoola One Racing Series! Shakes is racing for the World Championship of Formoola One, but she and her team are convinced one of their opponents are up to no good. Percie calls upon her old secret agent friends at the Animal United Network Taskforce to come see if their instincts are right, or if they're just thinking what every team thinks of their opponents.

Unfortunately, their greatest adversary may not be the other 19 cars on the grid and their drivers, but Stanley's complete lack of understanding of Formoola One!
