These three-dimensional photographs make you feel as if you are actually there as it recreates the illusion of depth Gettysburg in 3D tells the story of the greatest battle of the American Civil War: three days in July 1863 that saw the turning point of the war.

It had the largest number of casualties (over 23,000 on each side with nearly 8,000 deaths) and ended in a Confederate retreat.

The book shows a plethora of images that the reader can see as they were meant to be seen, through a carefully contrived stereoscope viewer that is part of the binding of this book package.
