Paws & Claws : A Tale of Two Cats

This is the story of Beau and Bunting - the former white, long haired and wiry - the latter, marmalade and tubby.

It tells of how we came to rescue them and of the resultant eighteen years of friendship and companionship which followed.

It tells of the dramas and rewards of cat ownership.

Beau and Bunting were outwardly ordinary cats. But soon we came to know them as 'cat people' who taught us about life, like how to forgive and forget - and most importantly how to live in and enjoy the present.

It was a privileged time that we shared with them and today their loss, which still hurts, is redeemed by the many, many happy memories which are ours to savour and never forget.

Intelligent, perceptive and loving are the cats who live on in these pages and in our hearts.
