'Daft Text' : A Critique of the New Psalter

In early 1999, the Liturgical Commission of the Church of England published a new version of the Psalms, 'The Psalter 1998: A Draft Text for Worship'.

A revised version of the text was accepted by the General Synod in November 1999 for a new prayer book, on the promise of yet further corrections.
