European Union Legal Texts on Drugs : European Monitoring Centre for Drugs and Drug Addiction

This CD-ROM contains over 200 key legal texts issued by the European Union institutions in relation to the drugs phenomenon, included in these is the "European Union Action Plan to Combat Drugs (2000-2004)" and the conclusions of the European Council meetings on drugs issues.

It is intended to provide the European Union Member states, their EU partners, other institions, practitioners and the general public with an overview of community strategies and policies on drugs and related leglisation.
