To the Park with Mickey and Edward is a children's book written by author and teacher Kay Ewan with beautiful illustrations by Michael Lawrence that tells the first story in a series of ten, of the special and unique friendship between a young monkey and elephant.

It is written to share with young children aged 0-5, it is about 240 words long, with some pages in rhyme, others posing questions and double pages with illustrations to colour.

It features repetitive verse with minor variations. At the back of the book the next title in the series is introduced.
