This publication contains the complete text of the Family Procedure (Adoption) Rules, Practice Directions, Forms and Notes to Accompany.

The rules were made by the Family Rule Procedure Committee on 10 October 2005 and came into force on 30 December 2005 and cover adoption proceedings in the High Court, county courts and magistrates' courts and incorporate all of the applicable parts of the Civil Procedure Rules.
