Dawat Aur Tareeqi Kar

In Islam there are two duties of Muslims; one is "Dawat" or inviting people towards Allah, the second is "Jihad" striving hard in the cause of Allah which sometimes means to fight for the sake of Allah.

That is why we say that "Dawat" is "Jihad" and "Jihad" is "Dawat." "Jihad" in the meaning of fighting happens in inevitable circumstances but "Dawat" is a 24/7 duty as there is no Prophet after Mohammad, so that job has to be done by his followers.
