Why must I eat healthy food?

The "Why Must I" series explains to young children the importance of taking care of themselves and their bodies.

The simple text, specially commissioned color photographs and diagrams show readers why they should look after themselves, and what could happen if they don't.

All the titles in this series have been endorsed by the CPHVA (Community Practitioners and Health Visitors Association). "Why Must I Eat Healthy Food?" sets out the importance of a healthy and balanced diet, the reasons for avoiding too much sugar and fat, and gives a simple explanation of the digestive system.
