ENGLAND 1966

A celebration of England's World Cup victory in 1966 in collaboration with the National Football Museum - the book will re-evaluate the personalities and events of July 1966, celebrating the greatest sporting triumph in England's history.

The whole story will be told in detail, from how England won the right to host the tournament, preparation for the World Cup under Alf Ramsey's leadership, profiles of each player, detailed breakdowns of all the games and the build-up to the final, to the great day itself.

The narrative will be beautifully complemented by lavish photographs from the huge collection of artefacts held by the National Football Museum.
