Please note that the content of this book primarily consists of articles available from Wikipedia or other free sources online. Notohypsilophodon (meaning "southern Hypsilophodon") was a genus of hypsilophodont ornithopod dinosaur.

It was described as the only hypsilophodont known from South America, although this assessment is not universally supported, and Gasparinisaura is now believed to have been a hypsilophodont as well.

It is known from a partial juvenile skeleton lacking the skull, found in the late Cenomanian-early Turonian-age Bajo Barreal Formation of the San Jorge Basin, northern Chubut, Patagonia, Argentina.
