This is a book about laying down lifetime memories through food, taking time out to cook at leisure, relaxing weekends and lazy holidays.

Bill opens his family albums to recall his own special food journeys.

The recipes are divided into six beautiful, themed chapters: Outdoors, Barefoot, Harvest, Honeymoon, Fireside and Celebration and flow from the most casual of outdoor summer dining or fireside suppers, to fabulous ideas for Christmas or parties.

The food is inspired by Bill's own family occasions and interspersed with memories of his travels, personal celebrations and favourite places.
