Sensors VI : Technology, Systems and Applications

There have been many developments in sensors and sensor systems in recent years.

This volume contains the proceedings of a conference on sensors, held in September 1993 in Manchester.

It describes new and original work in the field. The subject has been divided into the areas of gas, silicon, acoustic, ultrasonic, optical and biomedical sensors, and there are also special sections on flow measurement and process tomography, and sensor applications.
