Draft Apprenticeships Bill

This publication presents the draft of a Bill to make provision about apprenticeship certificates; to make provision about the law applying to agreements entered into in relation to apprenticeship certificates; to make provision with respect to functions of the Learning and Skills Council for England and the Secretary of State in relation to apprenticeships; and for connected purposes.The public consultation on this draft legislation runs until 8 October, 2008.
