The Bill is to make provision about immigration and to replace the Immigration Acts, and to make provision about the requirements to be met for the acquisition of British citizenship by naturalisation.It is divided into 13 parts: Part 1 - Regulation of Entry into and Stay in the UK; Part 2 - Powers to Examine, etcetera; Part 3 - Citizenship; Part 4 - Expulsion Orders & Removal etcetera from the UK; Part 5 - Powers to Detain & Immigration Bail; Part 6 - Detained Persons and Removal Centres; Part 7 - Offences; Part 8 - Carriers' Liability; Part 9 - Illegal Workers; Part 10 - Appeals; Part 11 - General Supplementary Provisions; Part 12 - Definitions for the Purposes of the Act; and, Part 13 - Final Provisions.
