Family Justice in View

The June 2007 consultation paper "Confidence & Confidentiality: Openness in Family Courts - A New Approach (Cm. 7131)" (ISBN 9780101713122) invited comments on the following proposals: allowing wider disclosure of information by parties; protecting children's identity beyond the end of proceedings; and making things simpler so that, as far as possible, legislation on who may attend and arrangements for family proceedings involving children is readily accessible and easily understood.

The consultation period for the June 2007 consultation paper closed on 1 October 2007.
