The Little Duck (2 Revised edition)

This is book 16 in the A Extra Series. It introduces the non-decodable high frequency words 'we' and 'for'. In the later series, English Vowels, the vowel digraph 'or' is formally used in words such as 'horn, thorn, morning'.

There is no intention to teach it at this stage. Speech marks and the word 'said' are also reinforced in this book.
