Components of Real Lesson

When people ask what a real lesson is, I usually answer: "First of all, one that has enough time and attention for everything and everyone".
"Save time" - is often said by tradition. And you need to buy time, I think. Win for a large number of exercises, for constant repetition, for successful advancement of each and every one.
I really love my profession. I have been working as a primary school teacher for almost 40 years. Every year more and more of my colleagues come and come to me with one request: "Give an open lesson!" How many have already been given in decades! For the district, for the city, for everyone who wants to rebuild, who wants the light of knowledge not to go out in the eyes of the students, so that educational work brings children the joy of success, and not torment and speech of failure.
