Noah's Ark & God's Promise

The story of Noah's Ark was God instructing Noah to build an ark. God's heart was heavy from all the evil that went on in the world and he decided to flood the earth. God took favor to Noah and instructed him to gather his wife, his three sons and their wives along with one male and female specimens of all the world's species of animals and put them on the ark. They were on the ark for 40 days and 40 nights. Once the land was dry then everyone and animal came out and God promised not to ever flood the earth again. He sealed his promise with a rainbow and the entire surviving human race descended from Noah's three sons.
