Surrender to Win

We know God created all things, knows all things, and has a purpose and calling for our lives. So how do we let go of our fear and control? How do we trust God with the unknowns and finally achieve breakthrough?

We abide. When we wait, process, and heal in the stillness, we're positioned for great joy and victory. Surrender is simple, but not easy, and it is the one thing we can control.

In this world, surrender is weakness. Surrender is quitting, and quitting is for losers who don't want trophies and dessert. But when God tells us to surrender, we can count on a huge return ahead. And when we see the fruit on the other side of it, we see the beauty and joy and breakthrough that come from laying down our agenda for His.

God has breakthrough in the works that we would never expect - but He might be asking us to lay something down for it to happen. Abiding is the battle where our victory is won, and surrender is how we attain it.
