Elisha Matthews has it all; a close-knit family, supportive friends, and the perfect boyfriend. When her world is suddenly turned upside down, she finds herself in a life-threatening situation. Jennifer Ruth Hackett lives on Long Island where she is a teacher of English to students of other languages. She received her BA from St. Joseph’s College and MA from Stony Brook University. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going to the beach, and traveling. This is her first novel.
