Four months before D-Day, Britain and America planned and launched the most Top Secret Mission of World War II - to assassinate Hitler and his deputy Admiral doenitz.

If successful the mission might have changed history, shortened the war by almost 18 months and saved millions of lives all across Europe.

But as three planes with all their insignia blacked out, prepared to roar into the night towards Germany from an English airfield near Norwich in Norfolk, the mission was treacherously aborted without warning on orders from the highest level.

A local British gun battery cold-bloodedly shot down one of the three planes as it banked after take-off and the plane's crew of seven young Americans including top snipers trained specially for the assassination, died in agony in the fiery crash.

Sixty-two years after this alleged tragic event, author Dave Kelly, a Norfolk bricklayer, who works with many aspects of the paranormal, asserts he has received over a period of some six years, this detailed story in the haunting and moving words of the seven American crewmen and others. And he quotes these angry crewmen as strongly demanding justice and personal recognition for the shameful and secret circumstances of their deaths.
