Human Capital in the United States from 1975 to 2000: Patterns of Growth and Utilization.

This study develops and demonstrates the use of the Earnings Capacity (EC) indicator in measuring the size and strength of the American economy.

It shows how the EC is used to study time trends in aggregate human capital in the US and human capital per worker, and how to use it to evaluate the utilization of the country's human capital stock.
