Handle with Care : Assessing Musculoskeletal Risk in the Chemical Industry - Open Learning and Training Pack

This pack has been designed for employers and employees within the chemical industry to help them assess the risks of musculoskeletal damage in the workplace.

Case study exercises are provided showing how risk assessments should be carried out and giving suggestions for reducing risks. The case studies cover manual handling, processes causing work-related upper limb disorders and the use of visual display units (VDUs).

The pack can be used for open learning or group training and includes a trainers pack for presentations.
