Entitled "Boots and Shoes", this text is part of the non-fiction component of the "Oxford Reading Tree".

These "Fact Finders" seek to develop the information retrieval and handling skills children need to use non-fiction effectively.

The "More Units" A, B and C topics are clothes, people and schools.

Also included in the series is a teacher's resource pack which provides photocopiable support.
