This book is dedicated to the memory of Simon de Winter (1973-2020), my husband who passed away whilst I was writing this novel.

"Completely gripping! With a constant underlying tension, and touches of strangeness and excitement. You won't be able to put this book down! Moreover, Sarah's writing is witty and attractive. I warmly recommend this novel and look forward to her next!"-Hilary Wainwright. Co-editor Red Pepper.
