Earth's Endangered Animals

Ages 6 to 12 years. Every day, up to 100 species of animals become extinct, and each year this number grows.

Scientists feel that over forty thousand species of animals may die out each year.

In this series, 'Earth's Endangered Animals', students will learn about which animals are endangered, why they are endangered, and what people are doing to help them.

The focus of the series is to help children gain an appreciation of each animal's important role on Earth.
