Makoto (voice of Minami Shinoda) is a 15-year-old witch who is set to go off into the world to study magic.

Makoto's parents believe she is not quite ready to become independent and so, against tradition, she will go to stay with her relatives and earn her high school degree whilst navigating the world of magic.
