The writers offer practical information on all areas of consideration, from who in the university has the right of final decision when disagreement occurs, to the most effective methods and equipment for transporting materials to the new facility.

The professional backgrounds of the contributors are equally diverse, including a preservation officer, an assistant director of financial planning and directors of public and academic libraries.
