Employment Law Reports

Employment Law Reports, which is devoted exclusively to reporting cases on employment and trade union law, is the only source of access to determinations of the Employment Appeals Tribunal (EAT), the Labour Court and decisions of the ODEI on equal status complaints. It also reports judgments from the District and Circuit Courts to the Superior Courts many of which would otherwise remain unreported.

The headnotes are written in a clear and accessible style by members of the junior bar who are specialists in employment Law.
