Empire of the Sharks

American horror set in the future in which 98% of the Earth's surface is fully submerged in water, and an evil warlord commands an army of sharks to assist him in his domination of the other human survivors in the post-apocalyptic environment.

When he kidnaps a survivor who is also able to command the sharks, the rest of the group seek out to stop him in his tracks and save her.
