Understanding Linguistic Prejudice : Critical Approaches to Language Diversity in Brazil

This book discusses linguistic diversity, linguistic prejudice, and language variation and change from a Global South perspective by analyzing Brazilian Portuguese, Brazilian Sign Language (LIBRAS) and indigenous languages spoken in Brazil.
