Auf Deutsch! - Pt. 4 : Assessment Pack

This assessment pack is part of a five-year German course for the National Curriculum which has been designed specifically for pupils taking German as a first foreign language from year 7.

It also provides an alternative "fast route" through the materials for those starting German in year 8.

At this fourth stage the needs of a wider ability range are catered for by the provision of two parallel sections. "Rot" covers GCSE grades A* to C and "Gruen" covers GCSE grades C to G.

The overlap between the books enables the students following the lower book to have the opportunity to reach grade C.

This assessment pack accompanies both levels of the course.

It contains end-of-chapter tests which mirror the question types used in the new GCSE examination for 1998.

A cumulative test for use at the end of year 10 is also included.

Tests are provided at Foundation, Foundation/Higher and Higher levels.
