Paris, lives in a world surrounded by war, famine, and desperation.

However, living in a small town called Forli in northeastern Italy, these events seem far off in the horizon and far from his thoughts.

Nevertheless, this all changes when he unexpectedly receives a draft card from the European Union - to resettle and protect warring tribes in the Middle East.

However, during his hour of duty, he meets with one of the world's most feared dictators: Fuhrer Wilhelm Muller.

At first, Paris is completely disgusted by Wilhelm, but later on he suddenly realizes he has deeper feelings for the Fuhrer.

From the battlefield to the Dnieper River, these two share a relationship that is, at times odd - but filled with romance.
